Return project:

Defective or damaged products:
We support our product. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email within 30 days of receipt, along with clear product photos and videos, and we will immediately begin replacing the required parts. If the customer is unwilling to receive replacement parts, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Incorrect product:
We will take full responsibility for any incorrect orders. We will pay for the return shipping fee and provide a full refund or resend the order containing the correct product.
In some cases, refunds are only partially refunded upon product return (if possible). The item is not in its original state, or is damaged or lost due to reasons beyond our fault. Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery.
The product has never arrived:
If your order has not arrived within the above time and tracking is not working, or if the tracking has been stuck in the same status for more than 10 days, please send an email to [email protected] We will ensure that the order arrives at your doorstep.
The buyer does not like the product or wants to replace it:
If the buyer does not like or wants to exchange the product, they can return it within 7 days. The product must be in its original condition, and the buyer will pay for return shipping and a standard order processing fee of $20.
If refunded, customers can choose between a refund or store credit. Shipping and credit card/PayPal fees will be deducted from the issued refund.
We will process the refund within 36 hours after confirming with the customer via email. Refunds may take 5-15 days to appear in your bank account. PayPal and credit/debit card fees are non refundable. If you have not received the payment within 15 days, please contact your bank and send us an email so that we can recheck the process.
