When will my order be processed?
The order will be processed within 2-5 working days after placing the order and shipped on the second day after processing.
 
Please allocate more time during holidays and promotional seasons to process your orders.

After the product you purchased is shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email so that you can track the shipping status. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the delivery location. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes related to international orders.

Our store prices are displayed in your local currency, but when you checkout, they are displayed in US dollars. All transactions will be processed in US dollars through PayPal on the checkout page.
 
Cancel/Change
 
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we are fast! Once our warehouse processes your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that any packaged or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
